These thin pads really give the assist i need during the day. Knowing they are cotton makes me feel like I am not rubbing chemicals on my body. They surprisingly absorb when I sneeze and a little urine comes out. Or if I'm feeling like my menstrual cycle may be coming, I can throw this on a day before to capture the beginnings. I also tend to have some old blood during ovulation- and this is my go to pad during that time too. Not bulky - leaving me feel secure and comfortable.
